국제스포츠중재재판소(CAS)가 러시아 육상선수들의 올림픽 출전을 허락하지 않았습니다.

"국제육상경기연맹에 의해 권한이 정지된 선수들은 올림픽에 출전할 수 없다"는 국제육상경기연맹의 조항이 유효하다고 판단한 겁니다.

IOC는 CAS의 판단을 참고해 결정하겠다고 밝혔기 때문에 러시아의 올림픽 출전은 사실상 어렵게 됐습니다.
